Shipping & Returns


 We only ship within the United States at this time using USPS.

We base our shipping rates on total cost of product ordered.


Return Policy

 We provide friendly customer service. For product that you wish to return, please review your request with a RRN customer service representative by emailing redrock@redrocknaturals.com . We will not accept products without a return authorization, and therefore all returns must receive pre-approval.

Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of goods, and items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If your return request is approved, repack the products sufficiently to ensure that the bottles will not break during shipping. Product damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packing cannot be credited. The item must have remained unopened, with the safety seal intact and in new condition. Product being returned not due to our error will incur a 15% restocking and bookkeeping fee.

Damaged Goods

Please report damaged goods immediately. It is important that the original packaging be saved in order to file a claim with the carrier.
